Position: Full-Time Group Living Team Leader
Shifts: Combination of Day, Evening and Weekend Hours

Basic Job Description:
Team Leader role incorporates both front-line supervisory functions and a direct support service roll.
Key Responsibilities include the administration and day-to-day operations of the group home, including, the training and support of direct support staff.
Support clients in the development, implementation and review of specific individual support plans to provide a high level of satisfaction throughout their lives.
Education / Experience Required:
Diploma or equivalent formal education in Rehabilitation Services, Social Services or related discipline, augmented by progressive direct service experience to a supervisory level. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
